Always check the expiration date on the packaging and do not use expired superfoods. Use clean tools when handling superfoods to prevent contamination. After use, store them in an airtight container with the lid tightly closed. Labeling the container to indicate the contents and date makes management easier. It is best to store superfoods in a place with minimal temperature fluctuations. Sudden temperature changes can affect the quality of superfoods.

Keep unopened superfoods in their original packaging. Original packaging is typically made of materials that block moisture and air, and includes a desiccant (silica gel) to prevent moisture buildup. Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container for storage. This protects the food from air and moisture, helping to maintain freshness. Moisture can promote the growth of mold or bacteria.

Once opened, it is best to store superfoods in a cool, dry place free from moisture and direct sunlight. The storage area must be properly ventilated. Storing them in a sealed space can easily lead to moisture buildup, potentially causing problems such as mold. If it is difficult to maintain a temperature of generally 15–25 degrees Celsius, refrigeration is recommended. While refrigeration does not extend the shelf life, it helps maintain quality. However, caution must be exercised regarding mold growth caused by condensation when refrigerating.

In this case, if you divide and store the product according to your usage, you can easily take it out and use it whenever needed and reduce the risk of condensation caused by frequent opening and exposure.
